Using OCSL_LayerMaker AIA ISO Format
First Ensure that the OCSL_LayerMaker is set to the appropriate Layer Standard by using the instruction in the SET Layer Format page to carry this out.
OCSL_LayerMaker works by selecting the appropriate Fields from the drop down boxes to create the appropriate Layer Names using the ISO and AIA Formats. The ISO format uses fixed Length Fields for all Layer Names unlike the AIA.
Selecting the Element Description will provide the appropriate Major – Minor code for the Layer Name. Layers can be created by double clicking the Element Description, using the “Add Current” Button or the “Add All in List” Button.
The Unlock / Lock can be clicked after selecting your Discipline, Presentation, Status and plot style options to lock your setting. All settings are saved to the registry.
